Kwame Bekoe speaks fluent English and French, is a passionate Aviator at heart with a demonstrated track record, successful career in Aviation and Aerospace which spans 20 years. He recently received recognition from MIPAD in support of UN’s decade for people of African descent as a top 100 influencer, and a national award in 2018, recognising him as one of Ghana’s top 40 under 40 leaders. An Inspirational Communicator and Entrepreneur in Food and Agriculture, he is determined to make an impact and contribute to the progress and development of Africa using technology, to promote scaled growth and industrialisation. His entrepreneurial and philanthropic ventures have empowered leaders and created employment opportunities for 100s of individuals directly and indirectly in Agriculture, Transportation, Food Production and Processing. He is the Founder and Chairman of N8tive Food and Beverage Bar, a popular restaurant in the centre of Accra, as well as the Founder of Greenroots Company Ltd, a commercial agricultural company with over 1,000 acres of land across Ghana dedicated to Pineapple, Soya and Maize production and processing. His latest venture, Grow For Me ltd has been heralded by Founders Institute and labelled Africa’s fastest growing crowd funding platform in 2020. With a dedication to Agriculture, this platform enables individuals to become digital farmers by sponsoring a variety of crops and benefiting at harvest with reasonable returns whilst addressing SDG 1 and 2 across the region. An avid reader, traveller and explorer, his adventures have taken him mountain climbing from the Atlas mountains to having scaled mount Kilimanjaro in a week, scuba diving in the Indian ocean and cycling cross country in a one-week sponsored bike ride from Accra to Lagos. His ultimate goal is to make a positive change to lives across the region by helping people to realise their greatest potential.
